Pine Lakes Community Center- April 2024
A residential support association to improve regional conditions as well as advocation efforts for this unincorporated township to acquire additional county support to clean up its pollution for wildlife in undeveloped spaces as well for home owners looking to reclaim their water and soil safety due to a long history of unregulated land use for illegal dumping. The center serves as a physical hub for surrounding areas to come together to make positive regional changes in lieu of support from the city, county, state or federal divisions. Communitopia- June 2023
We Have partnered with a local intentional community being developed in order to create more collaborative living spaces that are more environmentally friendly. Many residential models are built as a disruption to the natural world around them. with mindful planning, a new model of cohabitation can present a greener alternative for individuals that wish to live inharmony with the earth. This proposal challenges the mentality of clear cutting for residential infrastructure and monocropping for agricultural development. Find out more about this joint endeavor HERE. ASSISTANCE ONGOING
The Sovereign Reserve- January 2022
We Have begun the process of building a wildlife rehabilitation center and acquiring federal licensure and permitting for handling the emergency care of displaced or injured native wildlife of central Florida. We estimated this process to take about 36 months from initiation to welcoming our first patients. Unfortunately Due to changing regulations, our proposed opening date of completion has been pushed back from August 2025 to December 2026.
We will continue assisting local efforts under proper legal jurisdiction for the safe relocation, and proper veterinary treatment through other licensed workers and facilities while we work hard to regain compliance under these new rules and regulations. This is a temporary setback and will not dissuade our long term focus. ASSISTANCE ONGOING

Permaculture Park- July 2020
An urban reformation project to convert a small 24 unit mobile home park and its residents into a more self sufficient, sustainable, and eco friendly village model of largely autonomous dwellings and edible landscaping. The project would include educational training to existing residents as well as acquiring new residents already experienced in this lifestyle to assist its new policy adoptions and integrate new additions like a community garden, solar power, rainwater irrigation systems, etc. Unfortunately this project was prematurely terminated after initiation and infrastructural investments due to the sale of the property and the new owners shift in direction to a more financially advantageous model for his investment portfolio. So the property manager that got the proposal approved and was leading the plan had to surrender control to a new management system and we had to withdraw support. However we would still like to assist in other projects elevating our low income communities in the future. ASSISTANCE ENDED
Bear Bridge Ranch- October 2019
A 160 acre property was purchased in Central Florida as a collective effort to protect the local environment from development as well as creating a joint live-in task force for the rescue and long term sanctuary of domestic, livestock, native and exotic animals. This project was a group effort from several non-profits, donors, and lifelong volunteers in the field pooling in personal and private resources. Unfortunately due to Covid occurring during the location purchase, surveying, and development in the early project phase, we lost many of our pledged members and had to reformat the vision in order to progress the long term mission. The property will not have as big of a residential presence on site, and instead will serve as a base of operations for animal housing, medical care, and volunteer coordination with only 4 long term residences to maintain day to day necessities. We hope to one day offer short term hosting in tiny homes and rv sites as well as potentially having an annal lease arrangement to host another independent charity on one of our open parcels that aligns to the cause.
